Annette Finch: Columbus, Ohio native Annette R. Finch holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University (1995). With a distinguished career in the U.S. Army, from which she retired in 2012, and subsequent federal government service until 2016, Annette brings over two decades of leadership and strategic expertise to her professional endeavors.

As the CEO of A&E Business & Financial Solutions, LLC, Annette specializes in delivering ethical, professional, and reliable bookkeeping and tax services tailored to individuals, small businesses, and home-based enterprises. She is dedicated to developing customized financial strategies and conducting comprehensive financial education workshops. These workshops focus on critical areas
such as cash flow management, investment education, tax reduction, credit restoration, debt elimination, and retirement planning.
A cornerstone of her training programs, "Faith & Finances," integrates financial stewardship principles with Christian values, empowering clients to manage their finances with integrity and purpose. In addition to her financial services leadership, Annette serves as the CEO of Events-R-Us by A&E, LLC, where she is renowned for her exceptional design acumen, professionalism, and impeccable work ethic. She excels in creating tailored, sophisticated event experiences that meet the unique desires of her clients, demonstrating her ability to manage and execute large-scale projects with precision.

Following her return from Iraq in 2005 and her journey overcoming Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression, and anxiety, Annette founded AnnMarie’s Consulting. For over 16 years, she has provided one-on-one coaching and led skill-building workshops for women, focusing on areas such as money management, job searching, and self-esteem enhancement. Her mission is to accelerate women's professional and personal growth by offering training that fosters balance, focus, and the achievement of ambitious goals. Annette empowers women to harness their inner strengths, align their momentum with their purpose, and achieve fulfillment across spiritual, personal, and professional domains.

Annette is also an active leader within her community, serving as a member of the Church of Christ @ Ames Rd. congregation. Her roles have included Youth Director, Bible school teacher, and speaker at various programs, where she has honed her skills in training and mentorship. Additionally, she is a proud member of numerous professional and social organizations, contributing her expertise to foster community development and professional growth.

A dedicated family person, Annette has been married to her husband of 42 years, Jeffery R. Finch, and together they have three children and four grandchildren. Her guiding philosophy is inspired by Ecclesiastes 9:10: “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.” This ethos drives her commitment to excellence and service in all her professional and personal endeavors.
