Masala 3 stages of Organizational Transition(change):

An organization achieves large-scale and significant Organizational Change by completing a comprehensive process. That "organizational" change can only be achieved through the transformation of its people. There is no organizational change without first there being "people change".  There is a cause-and-effect relationship which exists regarding change.

Organization Transition (change) occurs through three distinct stages . First, the Impacted Stage is where data is converted into critical decision-making information. Next, the Altered Stage as training leads to action. Finally, in the Transformed Stage, the reinforcement of those newly implemented actions produce consistent positive habits.

Masala 12-step Change Model:

The aforementioned  three-staged Organizational Transition process is comprised of 12 separate steps within the Change Model. At MTD, the 4 Immutable Cs are the foundation for all training content. The first of those Immutable Cs is Change. And the immutable law of Change is that  "Change is Continuous". It is important to understand that all change begins and ends with the human mind.

Impacted Stage- The organization has received new information regarding the need for change. That information is currently being assessed and some preliminary initiatives have been taken to adopt new behavior and incorporate the new information. However, no significant visible evidence confirms a significant difference in the organization

Altered Stage-  The organization has progressed beyond the Impacted Stage and has now implemented and adopted new behaviors in some areas, but not all. There remains visual evidence of the original organization in behaviors and product. But, there is also now new visual evidence of a distinctly different organization emerging in part. It is possible to recognize the original organization but also possible to recognize the  emerging new organization. Within this state, there is a continuum from the end of the Impacted Stage to before the next stage.

Transformed Stage-  The organization has completely progressed beyond the Impacted Stage and has now implemented and fully adopted new behaviors in all areas. There are no more vestiges of the original organization’s former values, practices or culture.
