Mr. Johnny L. Williams is the Owner of Sylvan Learning Centers of Missouri City, Sugar Land, and Richmond-Pecan Grove franchise locations. Prior to leading the Sylvan locations, Mr. Williams was a high school Athletic Coordinator and Football Coach in the Houston Independent School District. In his service at one of the district’s high need schools Johnny worked to mentor young males through the Young Men’s Society program that he established.

Mr. Williams successfully served over twenty-one years in the United States Armed Forces. Johnny proudly served his country in the Operation Endurance Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom tours. Over his  years of service, Johnny received several awards and decorations.
